How durable are the HuntLite Packs?  E-mail

Durable enough that if you somehow wear it out, we'll send you a new one. 

To date, we've only had one wear out.  It ended up strapped to the side of a mule and rubbed all the way into a spike camp (for several miles!) swinging back and forth on the side of the mule.  The pack didn't fail, but the abrasion wore a hole through the 1000-denier cordura.  Realize also that most packs don't use 1000-denier, they use only 600 to save weight, and they are still heavier than ours!
