Why make a light pack?  E-mail

Before we came out with these packs, we always had a pet peeve.  We always hated lifting up our pack to check out what's in it at the beginning of the season, thinking it was kind of heavy, and then realizing it's empty!

If you hike one mile, with one extra pound of pack (which you cannot remove, you're stuck with it) and you have an average stride, that's about one ton lifted per mile.  It adds up very quickly, and if you can cut some of the weight down on your base gear, you can go further and hunt longer.

With that in mind, we set out to design packs with features that would help hunters, not just make another pack in camo like so many other companies.  We think you'll agree the first time you step out with one of our packs.
