I've got an IR Pak-Lite and I can't see the light !  E-mail
The IR model Pak-Lite is infra red. This is meant to be invisible to the naked eye.

This is intended for night vision equipment, and works great with it!

If you are not using night vision and want red light, order a standard red Pak-Lite, not the IR version.
